Managing Director
Doug Fordyce joined Lazard in April 2004 and is a Managing Director in the Banking Group. He is based in Lazard’s Houston office. Prior to joining Lazard, Doug spent eight years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and its successor, Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in Texas.
Doug advises energy clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and in restructurings and liability management transactions.
