Evan Abrams is a Senior Advisor in Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory (“PCA”) group’s New York City office. Evan has 19 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on private equity real estate and real assets capital formation, fundraising and investor coverage across the United States and Canada. Evan has been with Lazard’s PCA group since 2019.
Prior to joining Lazard, Evan was responsible for capital raising and investor relations for Hunt Investment Management's public and private real estate initiatives. Additional prior experience includes Hodes Weill & Associates, Centaur Properties, Credit Suisse's Real Estate Private Funds Group, and SunTrust Bank's Real Estate Capital Markets Group.
