Alexander Jones
Managing Director
Alex Jones is a Managing Director in the M&A transaction structuring and tax advisory group at Lazard.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Jones was a tax attorney for ten years at large multinational law firms. Mr. Jones provided tax advice to major public corporations, private equity and hedge funds, and public and private partnerships. He has also written extensively about tax issues and is a member of the LSTA and New York State Bar Association Tax Section Committees.
