Bertrand Moulet
Managing Director
Bertrand Moulet is a Managing Director of Lazard. He joined the Firm in 2004 and he has over 20 years of financial advisory experience.
Since joining, he has led a broad range of cross-border assignments including: buy-side and sell-side transactions for listed and private corporate clients, private equity sponsors and pension funds, and high net worth families and individuals. In addition, he has been involved in a number of corporate preparedness, activism defense, and raid-defense situations, as well as un-solicited approaches.
Bertrand coordinates extensive coverage within Europe and between Europe and the Americas/Asia, notably in the chemicals, ingredients, and nutrition sectors, as well as for the business and IT services industries. He also covers software accounts.
He is currently advising several Chemicals and Services blue-chips on corporate preparedness. Prior to joining Lazard, he was Vice President in Goldman Sachs's Financial Advisory division in London.
Bertrand graduated with an MSc. from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts & Métiers (ENSAM) and received an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées (ENPC) in cooperation with Harvard University.
