Borja is a Director based in Madrid. He is focused on M&A, capital structure and strategic advisory assignments with primary responsibility for Power, Energy & Infrastructure in Europe and Industrials, as well as other sectors in Spain and Portugal.
Borja joined the firm in 2009. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from CUNEF.
