Brian Bratcher
Managing Director
Brian Bratcher is a Managing Director and member of the Financial Sponsors group at Lazard. He has nearly three decades of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets for private equity firms and family offices across North America.
Prior to joining Lazard, Brian was a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Stephens. In 2008, he started the Financial Sponsors Group and has advised on dozens of advisory and capital markets assignments for leading private equity firms and family offices across North America. Prior to his role in the Financial Sponsors Group, Brian was a Managing Director in Institutional Equity Sales at Stephens, where he managed relationships with hedge funds and mutual fund managers in various geographic areas in addition to leading the West Coast Sales Team.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
