Carole Daou Sfeir
Managing Director
Carole Daou is a Managing Director at Lazard in Paris. She joined the firm in 2011 and has more than 15 years of financial advisory experience.
Carole has worked on a broad range of public and private transactions, domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers, debt restructurings, IPOs, privatizations, corporate preparedness situations, activism defense and unsolicited approaches. She has advised large international corporates, mid-sized groups, as well as private equity sponsors, families and founders.
Carole currently covers the Chemicals, Ingredients as well as Building Materials sectors in Europe with key relationships.
Carole coordinates the Rising Talents initiative with the Women’s Forum, an initiative that aims at distinguishing and promoting highly talented young women in various sectors around the world.
Prior to joining Lazard, Carole worked at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.
Carole graduated from Sciences Po Paris – Master Finance and Strategy with honors (cum laude) and has a BA in economics.
