Charles Duhamel
Managing Director
Charles Duhamel is a Managing Director in Lazard’s Paris office where he advises companies across industries on matters involving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business separations, strategic investments, capital structure and shareholder activism, among other topics.
In addition, Charles Duhamel co-heads the Firm’s European Agribusiness practice, where he works with companies across the agribusiness value chain including crop inputs, cooperatives, grain trading and processing, animal nutrition and food and agriculture technology, among others.
Charles Duhamel joined Lazard in September 2006. Prior to joining Lazard, Charles Duhamel worked for Rothschild and Société Générale in their Merges & Acquisitions groups.
Charles Duhamel is a graduate from EM Lyon.
