Chris Miller

Chris Miller is a Managing Director in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group, advising on transactions across the Energy sector. Throughout his career Chris has advised on over 50 financial advisory transactions representing more than $125 billion in aggregate deal volume, and over 200 capital markets transactions raising over $125 billion in aggregate.
Prior to joining Lazard, Chris was a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Energy Investment Banking at Citi, having previously served as Head of US Energy Investment Banking for over 10 years. Previously, Chris spent 13 years as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, as well as serving as a banking officer at First Interstate Bank in Houston and beginning his career as an Analyst at H.D. Vest Investment Services.
Chris holds a Master’s in Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Chris serves on the Advisory Committee of the Spindletop Energy Investment Fund at Southern Methodist University and the Board of Directors for Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, an all-boys high school in Houston.
