Craig Berich
Director
Craig Berich is a Director in the Technology Group at Lazard, where he focuses on the Industrial Software sector.
He joined the firm in 2021 and has over 15 years of experience advising private equity, corporate, and founder clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
Craig’s experience is at the confluence of OT and IT with a specialization in software and systems for manufacturing & operations, engineering & design, asset management, field service management, IIoT and automation.
Prior to joining Lazard, Craig served as a Vice President in the Industrial Technology practice at Wells Fargo Securities.
Craig received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
