Daniel Klodor
Director
Daniel Klodor is currently a Director at Lazard, based in their Chicago office. He is a member of the Healthcare Services group and has over a decade of investment banking experience. His expertise spans strategic advisory roles for both public and private companies, focusing on leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, cross-border transactions, and debt financings. Within healthcare services, he specializes in behavioral health, post-acute care, homecare, and other provider services.
Prior to joining Lazard, Daniel served as the Vice President of Healthcare Acquisitions at a global private investment management platform specializing in private equity and alternative investment opportunities in multi-site, facility-based care platforms.
Daniel is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy.
