David Lynch
Managing Director
David Lynch is a Managing Director in the Capital Solutions Group, working with clients on meeting their financing needs across debt and structured equity.
Prior to joining Lazard, David was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets, where he won first-time lead-left mandates from leading private equity clients including Advent International, Brookfield, Centerbridge Partners and Warburg Pincus, with a focus on the Technology and Power & Infrastructure verticals. Previously, David had been at Natixis Securities, where he developed the U.S. Leveraged Finance business. David has also worked in Leveraged Finance at RBC Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank, RBS Securities, and JP Morgan, where he was one of the original members of the team that built the number one U.S. high yield and leveraged loan business.
David holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.
