David Weinberg
Director
David Weinberg joined Lazard in 2022 and is a Director the Financial Sponsors group, focused principally on the Industrials, Business Services and TMT verticals.
He has advised on a wide range of corporate finance situations relating to public and private M&A, capital raisings and recapitalisations; including acquisitions, disposals, divestitures, public defence, leverage buyouts, rights issues, placings and IPOs.
Prior to joining Lazard, David was a Director in the Industrials and Business Services team at Rothschild & Co (having spent time in both London and Chicago), and prior to that was with The Takeover Panel.
David holds an MSc in International Business (Distinction) and BA (Hons) in Politics (First Class) from the University of Nottingham.
