Denis Martin
Managing Director
Denis Martin is a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard, focusing on the coverage of the U.K. financial services and financial technology sector and has 12 years’ experience in FIG advisory across Europe.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Martin was a Vice President in the European Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse where he worked on various advisory mandates.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Martin was Head of Corporate Development of F&C Investments where he worked on the acquisition of F&C REIT and various other M&A transactions.
Mr. Martin started his career at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked on various strategic due diligence assignments for large financial sponsors.
Mr. Martin has an MBA from INSEAD and a master degree from Solvay Business School.
