Emmanuel Plantin
Director
Emmanuel Plantin is an Executive Director in the Capital Structure Advisory team in Paris, with more than 13 years of experience.
He advises clients on a broad range of transactions, including corporate M&A and LBO financings, capital structure optimization, debt refinancings and distressed operations.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2014, he was a banker at BNP Paribas in New York and Paris, where he was successively part of the special situations, leveraged finance and corporate acquisition finance teams.
Emmanuel graduated in Law from both Cambridge University and Paris-II Assas (LLB / Maîtrise), and holds an MSC from ESSEC Business School.
