François Guichot-Pérère is a Managing Director of the French Debt and Restructuring Advisory team at Lazard. He has expertise in M&A situations (PE/Corporate) when financing is key.
Prior to Lazard, François was Head of Leverage Finance - France at The Royal Bank of Scotland from 2002 to 2008.
