Director
Guillaume Mallen is a Director in the Paris office. He joined Lazard in 2012 and has more than 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on a broad range of situations including public and private M&A, domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate carve-outs, LBO, restructuring and defense mandates.
Guillaume has a generalist background and has worked on transactions across a variety of sectors.
In addition, Guillaume is part of the Aerospace & Defense and Capital Goods industry groups within Lazard.
Prior to joining Lazard, Guillaume worked at BNP Paribas in M&A.
Guillaume graduated from HEC Paris.
