Jack Edwards
Director
Jack Edwards joined Lazard in 2013 and is a Director in the Global Industrials group. In his time at Lazard, Jack has advised clients on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on separations, activist defense campaigns, project financings and other advisory assignments.
Jack began his career with Lazard as an Analyst. His other professional experience includes time with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
