Jennifer Wild
Director
Jenn Wild joined Lazard in 2020 and is a Director in the Restructuring & Liability Management Group.
In this role, Jenn has worked with companies, creditor groups and sponsors on various corporate finance activities, including liability management transactions, exchange offers, financings and Chapter 11 proceedings.
Prior to joining Lazard, Jenn spent nine years at Alden Global Capital and Candlewood Investment Group where she focused on distressed and special situation investments and participated in a wide variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring and financing transactions.
Jenn received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University.
