Jianan Yang
Director
Jianan Yang is a Director on the Private Capital Advisory team at Lazard, based in New York.
Jianan focuses on GP-led secondary transactions including single and multi-asset continuation vehicles, tender offers, strip sales and other structured alternatives. Jianan joined Lazard in 2022 from Deutsche Bank where he spent 9 years in the Financial Sponsors Group and worked closely with leading private equity funds on leveraged buyout and M&A transactions across a variety of sectors including Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials and Technology.
Jianan received a B.S. in Mathematics and International Business & Management magna cum laude from Dickinson College.
