Joe Smaby

Joe Smaby is a Director and member of the Private Market Advisory Group at Lazard. He has significant experience advising clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across several industrial sectors, including specialty chemicals and building products.

Mr. Smaby graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
