John Gnuse
Managing Director
John Gnuse is a Managing Director and specializes in transactions in the Technology sector. He is based in Lazard's San Francisco office.
His transaction experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, restructurings and related financings.
John has been with Lazard for 28 years and previously worked on venture capital and privatization advisory assignments in Poland and in the People's Republic of China. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Grace Episcopal Cathedral.
