Jonathan Pallett
Director
Jon joined Lazard in 2014 and is a Director focused on the Industrials and Infrastructure sectors.
He has advised on a wide range of corporate finance situations including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, public takeovers and defence, restructurings, capital raisings and IPOs. His experience includes public and private transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
Prior to joining Lazard Jon qualified as a Chartered Accountant within Transaction Advisory Services at EY.
Jon holds a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
