Nathan Mooney is a Director in the Restructuring & Liability Management Group, having joined Lazard in 2018.
He specializes in advising public and private companies as well as creditor groups across a broad range of industries and geographies in complex in-court and out-of-court financial restructuring, recapitalization, liability management, exchange offer, capital raising and M&A transactions.
Prior to Lazard, Nathan spent time with Weil, Gotshal & Manges and in an investment role at GE Capital.
