Nicholas Letizia
Managing Director


Nicholas Letizia is a Managing Director in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure group, advising on transactions across public and private M&A, cross-border M&A, carve-out transactions, shareholder activism & defense, corporate separations & spin-offs, and private and public equity offerings.
Prior to joining Lazard, Nicholas was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs & Co., where he advised high-profile clients such as Kroger, Sysco, Albertsons, and Kelloggs on strategic transactions.
Nicholas holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University.
