Nicholas Millar joined Lazard in London in 1998 and is a Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Group in London.
He has extensive expertise across the banking, specialist lending, payments, wealth management, asset management, and fintech sectors. He has worked on a broad range of complex advisory assignments including public takeovers and defenses, sell-side auction processes, buy-sides, IPOs, joint ventures, re-financings, and private capital raises.
