Orgil advises on a broad range of financial advisory transactions for pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostic and life science services sectors with transaction experience covering a wide range of strategic assignments including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Lazard, Orgil was a Director at Moelis & Company in New York and London and started his career at the Central Bank of Mongolia as an investment officer.
Orgil holds an MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia University and B.Sc in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.
