Pamela Hanafi

Pamela Hanafi is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group in New York. She focuses on GP-led secondary transactions including single and multi-asset continuation vehicles, tender offers, strip sales and other structured alternatives.

Previously, Pamela was a Principal at TPG GP Solutions, which focuses on providing secondary solutions capital to the private markets across North America and Europe. Prior to TPG, Pamela was a Director at Landmark Partners (an Ares Company) where she worked on private equity secondary transactions. Prior to Landmark, she worked at Glouston Capital Partners.

Pamela received an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a B.A. in Applied Psychology from Emory University.

Pamela is the co-founder and a board member of Women in Secondaries.
