Paolo Battaglia
Managing Director
Paolo Battaglia is a Managing Director in the Industrials Group at Lazard, advising on transactions in the capital goods sector.
Prior to joining Lazard, Paolo was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs as a member of their Industrials Group, as well as having served on Goldman’s Fairness Committee since 2023. Previously, Paolo had been at Lehman Brothers and Citigroup.
Paolo is an Associate Member of the Economic Club of New York and sits on the Board of Friends of Bocconi University.
Paolo holds an M.Sc. in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from Bocconi University, both awarded cum laude.
