Peter Duda is a Managing Director in the Technology group and specializes in Software and Internet transactions, with a specific focus on front-office applications including, CRM, marketing, and ecommerce enablement software. He is based in San Francisco.
Peter has 16 years of Technology industry expertise, including 13 years of Technology investment banking.
Prior to Lazard, Peter worked at Deutsche Bank in the Technology Investment Banking group, Intel Corporation in the Finance group, and before that played professional baseball for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
