Richard Wilson
Director
Rich joined Lazard in 2016 and is a Director in the European Debt Advisory team based in London. Rich has advised on a broad range of financing transactions for both listed and private clients across the UK and Europe, with particular experience of event-driven and complex transactions. Rich is also highly experienced advising real estate companies on debt financing matters.
Prior to joining Lazard, Rich worked for EY in the firm’s corporate finance division. During 2019 and 2020, Rich was seconded to UK Government Investments, the UK Government’s center of excellence in corporate governance and corporate finance.
Rich is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and is also a CFA Charterholder. Rich graduated with a degree in Philosophy from Durham University.
