Managing Director
Samantha is a Managing Director in the Debt Advisory team based in London.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2017, Samantha started her career at Rothschild, initially in M&A before joining the Debt Advisory team in 2008.
Samantha has advised on a wide range of transactions, for both listed and privately owned companies. She has particular experience in event-driven financing, ESG financing, and complex deals, involving multiple creditor classes.
Samantha has a first class degree in Business Administration from The University of Bath.
