Stephen Golmont
Director
Stephen Golmont is a Director in the Restructuring & Liability Management group in New York. Mr. Golmont provides a broad range of advisory services, including both out-of-court and in-court restructurings and distressed M&A assignments. In addition, he has experience executing various financing and exchange transactions across the entire capital structure.
Mr. Golmont has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, consumer, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, retail and services.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2013, Stephen was an analyst at Zolfo Cooper, a distressed and turnaround advisory firm. While at Zolfo Cooper he worked on multiple in- and out-of-court restructuring transactions as an advisor to secured and unsecured creditors.
