Thomas Ruszkay is a Managing Director at Lazard with over 15 years of investment banking experience across a wide variety of sectors.
Mr. Ruszkay has executed numerous transactions providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic advisory assignments.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Ruszkay was part of the BNP Paribas Investment Banking team in São Paulo for two years.
Mr. Ruszkay holds a B.A. in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP –São Paulo.
