Thomas Holmstrom
Director
Tom Holmstrom joined Lazard in 2021 and is a Director in the Private Capital Advisory group in San Francisco. He advises clients in connection to both primary fundraisings and secondary transactions. Tom covers a wide range of investment strategies, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, special situations, infrastructure, and private credit.
Prior to joining Lazard, Tom was Vice President at Eaton Partners focused on the origination and transaction management of primary fundraising assignments across private equity, private credit and real assets. Tom began his career as a Research Analyst in the Private Markets Group at Albourne Partners, covering buyout and growth equity strategies in North America.
Tom earned a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
