Thomas Picard
Managing Director
Thomas Picard joined Lazard in Paris in 1997. He was located in the New York office from 2001 to 2003, before coming back to Paris. He is responsible for coordinating the firm's European efforts in the energy, power, and utilities sectors, with a focus on energy transition.
He has advised numerous power and utility companies in recent years.
He has also been involved in several M&A and IPO transactions in connection with renewable power and energy transition companies.
Thomas also advised a number of infrastructure investors in connection with proposed investments in energy & utilities.
Thomas also advised various companies in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Lazard, Thomas worked for BNP Paribas in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London.
