William Osborn IV
Managing Director
Will Osborn joined Lazard in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory group in Boston. In that capacity, he advises clients in connection to secondary transactions and primary fundraisings across a wide range of investment strategies, including buyout, growth equity, venture capital, special situations, natural resources and private credit.
Prior to joining Lazard, Will was an Associate on the Fund Investment Team at Hamilton Lane, where he underwrote commitments to a diverse set of private investment vehicles. Will began his career as a Research Analyst in the Equity Strategies Group at Hall Capital Partners, pursuing investments in long-only and long/short equity fund managers.
Will earned an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
