The Lazard Foundation partners with nonprofits to provide teens from under-resourced communities with skill-based programming related to career preparation, financial education and professional capital. Our partnerships are in cities where Lazard is present, and encompass financial investments and volunteer engagements. Each year, the Lazard Foundation earmarks funds to match certain personal donations to qualified nonprofit organizations made by U.S. employees.

The Lazard New Visions Academy, announced in May 2021, is a two-year pilot program funded by the Lazard Foundation. It is a signature initiative, created in partnership with New Visions for Public Schools, that will provide approximately 600 New York City public high school students from under-resourced communities with the opportunity to gain vital knowledge, experience and relationships to set them on a path toward future professional careers.

Created in 2020, the purpose of the Lazard Frères Gestion Foundation is to promote and safeguard patronage of the arts, in particular music and painting, through the restoration and exhibition of works of art, as well as through education and research.

Lazard S'Engage promotes the work and commitment of Lazard Paris to increasing access to social inclusion, enhancing diversity and reducing our environmental footprint.
