Lazard Welcomes Charles Noel-Johnson As Managing Director And Co-Head Of European Restructuring

Lazard’s global restructuring service continues to strengthen. Following the arrival of Managing Directors Jason New and Kevin Goldowski earlier this month at our New York Office, the firm welcomes Charles Noel-Johnson as Managing Director and Co-Head of European Restructuring, based in London on 5 February.

Charles Noel-Johnson brings more than 20 years' investment banking experience. He joins Lazard from Moelis & Company, where he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Capital Structure Advisory and was a Founding Partner of the European and Middle East offices Throughout his career, Charles has advised corporates, sponsors, and investors on a wide range of capital structure assignments, including debt and equity capital raises, recapitalisations, exchange offers, amendment and restructuring transactions. Charles has worked at Close Brothers Corporate Finance and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Charles holds a MA (Hons) in Politics from Edinburgh University and studied Political Science & International Relations at the University of California, San Diego.
