Alexander Fiallos
Director
Alex is a Director in Lazard’s Global Technology team, based in London, focusing on data and information services and GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) software. Alex has advised on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including both public and private M&A.
Prior to joining Lazard in 2021, Alex was a member of Greenhill’s M&A Advisory team in London. Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Modern Languages, and from Imperial College London with a Master’s in Management.
