Charles Noel-Johnson
Managing Director
Charles Noel-Johnson is a Managing Director and Co-Head of European Capital Structure Advisory Group.
Prior to joining Lazard, Charles served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Capital Structure Advisory at Moelis & Company and was a founding partner of the European and Middle East offices. He brings to Lazard more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising corporates, sponsors and investors on a wide range of capital structure assignments, including debt and equity capital raises, recapitalisations, exchange offers, amendment and restructuring transactions. Previously Charles was at Close Brothers Corporate Finance and J.P.Morgan Asset Management.
Charles holds a MA (Hons) in Politics from Edinburgh University and studied Political Science & International Relations at the University of California, San Diego.
