Edouard Panié
Managing Director
Edouard Panié is a Managing Director and Co-Head of European Financial Sponsors Coverage at Lazard, advising on transactions for leading alternative asset managers in private equity, growth equity, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Lazard, Edouard spent close to two decades at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director, leading coverage of financial sponsors in France and Belgium. He was responsible for business origination, client relationships and executions, across M&A and financing products. Edouard began his career at General Electric, as an engineer at GE Healthcare and GE Consumer Finance.
Edouard holds an MS from Centrale Supélec and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
