James Griffin
Managing Director
James joined Lazard in 2022 as Managing Director as part of the firm's Equity Advisory Practice.
James previously spent over 25 years with Fidelity International as a Senior Fund Manger running both U.K. and Global equity funds. He also chaired Fidelity's U.K. Fund Management Team.
He brings a deep understanding of equity and capital markets and has a very strong grasp of the views of the institutional investor base. He has a particular focus on the equity narrative, capital allocation and the relationship between boards and investors.
He is part of the Makinson Cowell team and also works closely with the sector and other specialist teams. Prior to Fidelity he was an Associate with the strategy consulting house, The LEK Partnership.
He holds a Masters in Economics and an MBA from IMD
