Managing Director
Keiran Wilson is a Managing Director in Lazard's Global Technology team, and is based in London. Keiran has a broad range of transaction and advisory experience across the buy-side, sell-side, public and private M&A.
Keiran is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and holds a double first class joint LLB (Hons) degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh where he graduated as the Lord President Cooper Memorial Scholar, awarded to the most distinguished law graduate of the year.
