Keval is a Director in the European Industrials team focused on the Aerospace & Defence and Capital Goods & Industrial Technology sectors.
Keval provides a broad range of advisory services, including mergers, acquisitions, carve-out disposals, defence, restructurings and capital raisings. His experience spans public and private M&A – both domestic and cross-border.
Having first joined the Industrials team in London in 2015, Keval later spent two years within Comcast / Sky Group’s Corporate Development and M&A team, before re-joining Lazard in 2021.
Keval graduated from University College London with a degree in Economics, and from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge with a Master of Finance.
