Nadira Huda is a Managing Director within the Private Capital Advisory group at Lazard, where she focuses exclusively on the European Secondaries Market. She advises private equity sponsors on liquidity solutions for their portfolio companies and institutional investors such as pension funds, family offices and insurance groups around sale options for their private fund interests.

Over the course of her career, Nadira has advised on over $35B+ of volume in the European Secondaries market across more than 80+ separate transactions. In 2016, Secondaries Investor named her as one of the Top 10 most influential people aged 35 or under in the secondaries industry globally in their inaugural “Young Guns of Secondaries” List.

Nadira joined Lazard in 2019 from Greenhill, where she had been part of the European Secondaries Advisory team and its predecessor at Cogent Partners since 2010. Prior to this, Nadira started her career at RBC Capital Markets as a Natural Resources investment banker.

Nadira holds an MA in Economics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.
