Philip Chapman
Director
Philip Chapman is a Director at Lazard where he leads Real Estate Secondary Solutions within the Private Capital Advisory group. He joined the firm in 2005 and was in the Real Estate M&A team until moving into Private Capital Advisory at the beginning of 2020.
Between 2011 and 2012, Mr. Chapman spent a year on secondment in the Cabinet Office as a member of the Government Property Unit, where he worked on the rationalization of the UK Central Government's property estates.
