Will Lawes joined Lazard as a Managing Director at the beginning of 2017 after 30 years at Freshfields, including spending the last five years as Executive Chairman of the firm globally. Will has advised boards on public M&A, complex reorganisations, corporate governance and crisis management, including shareholder activism.
