Amanda Dupuy Ugarte
Managing Director
Amanda Dupuy Ugarte is a Managing Director on the Private Capital Advisory team at Lazard, based in New York.
Mrs. Ugarte focuses on GP-led transactions including single and multi-asset fund continuation vehicles, tender offerings, and strip sales. Amanda joined Lazard from PJT Park Hill where she was a Managing Director, specializing in GP-led secondary advisory.
Prior to that, Amanda was a Director on the Healthcare Advisory team at PJT Partners and also spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division across the Healthcare, Technology, and Management Groups.
Amanda received a B.A. in Economics and Psychology summa cum laude from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
