Bohong Yang
Director
Bohong Yang is a Director in Lazard’s Industrials group based in New York. He began his career at Lazard as an Analyst in 2013. From September 2019 to April 2021, Bohong was on a secondment to the London office in the UK Industrials group.
His advisory experience primarily includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business separations, divestitures, corporate strategy and shareholder activism for a broad range of clients across industries, including Multi-Industry, Capital Goods, Business Services and Automotive.
Bohong was born and raised in Shanghai and previously completed finance internships in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
